Konnecting the Dots CIC is a community-led organisation committed to eradicating homelessness one step at a time. We recognise that homelessness extends beyond rough sleeping and includes individuals who are sofa surfing, at risk of eviction, or facing housing instability.
We provide holistic, person-centred support that konnects individuals to the practical help, professional services, and opportunities they need to rebuild stability and independence.
We negotiate with landlords and estate agents, support individuals into employment, and provide financial assistance through our deposit scheme where appropriate.
